Celebration of Christmas and Blessing of growth

On 3rd December 2014, Bishop Joseph Arshad (Bishop of Faisalabad Diocese) visited the village to celebrate joy of Christmas with the poor farmers. They were happy to settle in their own newly built rooms. It was not less than a miracle in the lives of deprived farmers to get possession rights of land. They warmly welcomed their dear bishop at the beat of drums and by laying of sheets on the roads. About 150 participants attended the program. At this gracious moment, the grotto in the honor of Virgin Mary was also Blessed. The statue was given as a gift from His Excellency Bishop Joseph Arshad. Thus a history was created by installing a statue to lay the foundation of a village. In his address, Bishop appreciated the struggle of CLARA, who had worked day and night to complete this project. He admired the farmers for their cooperation and advised them to work hard on their lands to make it more prosper. People thanked CLARA, Bishop and the funding organization for providing them rooms and other facilities, they had been dreaming since years. Bishop also promised to help people in their various needs, while settling in this new village.
