My name is Fr. Bashir Francis. I am a Catholic priest belonging to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Faisalabad. I know CLARA NGO right from its birth.

As it started functioning, it began delivering as one of an undeniably skilled, transparent and categorically accountable organization.

Its Executive Secretary, Madam Salva had been often times inviting me for various programmes held under the umbrella of CLARA. I always found the transparency of the construction works and fair deliveries of charities to the needy, deserving and the less fortunate. It is truly a beneficial organization for the deserving individuals and marginalized communities living in its target areas.

I first came to know about CLARA nearly 20 years ago when I was the Bishop of Faisalabad Diocese. At that time there were many small NGOs working in Faisalabad. CLARA was among the very few that functioned efficiently with an admirable outreach, especially for the education of marginalized and underprivileged children. CLARA was also active in other areas for uplift and development.

I was pleasantly surprised to know that CLARA has expanded its work to Rawalpindi and other areas as well.

We have been working with CLARA organizations since 2018 on many different kind of projects such as housing, emergency response, economical development, electrification etc.

Every time we have been impressed by the professional management of the projects we were involved in by CLARA directorate: accuracy, efficiency and very clear reporting.
